Living and Dining Area and Powder Room
For the living room, the client wanted a light, airy feeling that coincided perfectly with the high ceilings and long line of windows that face out onto the woods. We chose a color palette that reminded us of spring and the flowers that bloom in the rear yard. The design motif of the soft, rounded U-shape is found in the furniture backs and the window swags.

We reinforced the spring-like theme with the chair fabric and continued the light, romantic window treatments in the dining area. We kept all of the furnishings in this space spare to keep the open, airy feeling.

The family room, which sits adjacent to the living room continues the mauve color theme. We continued the soft u-shaped design motif in the sofa arms, the wall unit woodwork and even the sculpture on the cocktail table.

The powder room continues the color and design themes with the romantic bureau and old-world tile work.
